More than 30 industrial companies from Alava and institutional representatives had the opportunity to learn about the status of the expansion works of the railway terminal, at the conference organized by ADIF, CTV and the Alava Chamber of Commerce.
During the event, the opportunities that the Railway Terminal will offer once the first phase of its expansion is completed, within a four-phase program, to become the first strategic peninsular node connected to the standard gauge with direct access to Europe, were presented.
The expansion of its logistics capacity for the movement of UTIs, as well as the progressive implementation of Railway Highway services , make this infrastructure an opportunity to gain competitiveness, logistics efficiency and to achieve the objectives of reducing the carbon footprint for industrial, transport and freight forwarding companies in our Territory.
